After graduating from the Culinary Institute of the Carolina with a Culinary degree, Chef Elizabeth went on to start her own catering business and worked alongside the top catering companies in the upstate. She was born in Queens, NY and grew up in her father’s restaurant in NJ. Her passion is traditional Colombian fusion cuisine.
Chef Cody is a self-made Chef born and raised in the Upstate, he developed his passion for food and entrepreneurship early on. He has worked his way up from Garde Manger, Sous Chef to Chef-Owner of his own Café and catering company. He is a natural at authentic southern cuisine. The marriage of the cuisines of these two chefs has produced the avant garde dishes at BlackSheep Café. Enjoy & Bon AppetitType
